Callum Henderson is a Northern Irish writer and director based between London and Belfast. A sworn optimist, he creates punchy genre pieces that zero in on the dark symptoms of modern life, but see his haunted characters seek out heart, hope & humour as tools of survival.

Graduating in 2012, Callum studied Film and Television Production (BA Hons) at the University of Westminster and went on to establish a rewarding career directing branded content and music videos. In 2019, Callum diverted his focus to screenwriting and narrative filmmaking. Callum is now a commissioned writer with crime-drama-meets-slasher TV pilot, STRINGER, for Forty Foot Pictures, and is currently working on queer-survival-horror feature, TILT.

Also in various stages of production are short films: DARKPILL, a supernatural imagining of the moment an ‘incel’ is fully radicalised; and FAMILY BUSINESS, an action-packed love letter to the spy genre in which a father and son come to terms with pride and purpose.
